Steve Harvey due in South Africa to announce the launch of a local African version of the popular game show

South Africa, Johannesburg, August 2019: FAMILY FEUD, the popular television game show is coming to South Africa and award winning entertainer, businessman and philanthropist STEVE HARVEY will be in Johannesburg next week to discuss the details of the launch of the first of its kind production involving the A-list entertainer hosting a version of Family Feud with local South African families.

The popular game show, in which two families compete to name the most popular responses to gathered survey questions in order to win cash and prizes, was created by Mark Goodson and has been running since 1976, generating multiple adaptations in over 50 international markets. Mr Harvey began hosting Family Feud in 2010. The local version of Family Feud will commence production in Johannesburg in the last quarter of 2019 and begin airing in Africa the first quarter of 2020.

A press conference with Steve Harvey (where he will discuss the details of Family Feud South Africa) will be held at The Saxon Hotel in Sandhurst, Johannesburg, on 26th August at 4pm.
